NorthShore University HealthSystem is seeking a full time Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join the Division of Otolaryngology and the Chicagoland Children’s Health Alliance, which is the collective Advocate-NorthShore Pediatric Partnership.

This is an opportunity to join our strategic partnership for pediatric care between NorthShore University HealthSystem and Advocate Children’s Hospital. The joining of pediatric services at NorthShore with Advocate Children’s Hospital creates the area’s second-largest integrated and comprehensive system of pediatric experts—from primary care to highly specialized care. The partnership also provides a platform for shared development of new programs and services, resulting in broader access to pediatricians and pediatric specialists with a shared commitment to deliver top-quality care at a lower cost.

The candidate will have an opportunity to help further develop and build a fully integrated, academically-oriented Pediatric Otolaryngology program based in the northern suburbs of Chicago with reach throughout Chicagoland. The division currently has 9 sub-specialists including head and neck, sleep surgery, rhinology, pediatric and neurotology surgeons. You will have an opportunity to work side by side with a well-respected and skilled physician tackling complex cases in a growing and pre-existing patient base. In addition to the MD faculty, the division is supported by office and hospital based advanced practice providers and is heavily involved in resident training. Academic appointment to the University of Chicago to be based on the candidate’s qualifications.

NorthShore – Edward-Elmhurst Health is a fully integrated healthcare delivery system committed to providing access to quality, vibrant, community-connected care, serving an area of more than 4.2 million residents across six northeast Illinois counties. Our 25,000+ team members and 6,000+ physicians aim to deliver transformative patient experiences and expert care. Collectively, we have 300 ambulatory locations and eight acute care hospitals – Edward Elmhurst (Naperville), Evanston, Glenbrook (Glenview), Highland Park, Northwest Community (Arlington Heights), Skokie, Swedish (Chicago), and Linden Oaks Behavioral Health located in Naperville, IL.
