Opportunity Details:
•Serve a diverse and underserved community including one of the largest craniofacial surgery programs in the US
• Join a thriving Pediatric ENT practice of 3 clinicians offering full auditory and vestibular services
• Split of time is typically 2 days in clinic and 3 days in the operating room
• The practice has a high volume of tubes and tonsils and is open to surgeons with subspecialty areas of interest such as pediatric rhinoplasty, pediatric microtia, nasopharyngeal tumors
• Provide care at a dedicated children's hospital where the spacious operating rooms are equipped with some of the latest technology
• Enjoy a three-year compensation guarantee + production incentives allows for the new physician to successfully ramp up
plus recruitment incentives such as a sign on bonus and relocation assistance
