๐Ÿฅ Key Responsibilities

Administrative Leadership

  • Serve as Medical Director for designated skilled nursing facilities

  • Partner with the Regional Medical Director to implement clinical programs and quality initiatives

  • Provide mentorship and leadership to medical staff

  • Collaborate with facility leadership to enhance quality, compliance, and operational efficiency

  • Participate in quality improvement efforts, regulatory readiness, and interdisciplinary meetings

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations in post-acute and long-term care settings

  • Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies

  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

  • Prescribe medications and therapies appropriately

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation (histories, progress notes, care plans)

  • Educate patients, families, and facility teams

  • Complete regulatory documentation and clinical sign-offs promptly

โœ… Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the United States

  • Eligible for an unrestricted medical license in:

    • Washington (WA)

    • Alaska (AK) โ€“ High Priority

    • Oregon (OR)

    • Montana (MT) โ€“ High Priority

  • DEA license and NPI (or eligibility)

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in:

    • Internal Medicine

    • Family Medicine

    • Geriatric Medicine

    • General Practice

    • Other relevant specialties considered

  • Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid participation

  • MD, DO, or MBBS required
