Requirements:

Active MA License (Required)

Board Certified in Dentistry

Flu Vaccination Required – No Exceptions (waivers not accepted)
Schedule:

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Days: Monday–Friday

Call: None
-
Weekends: Not required
Patient Population:
-
Provider must be comfortable seeing all age groups, including infants and children

Majority of patients will be adults and older adults (PACE population)
