Job Responsibilities
Leadership role with full clinical autonomy
Competitive compensation: Base Pay + Commission depending upon experience + Quarterly Bonus

Choose Base Pay or % collections - whichever is higher
Steady patient flow with full administrative support

Qualifications
Active NY dental license
Strong proficiency in general dentistry (extractions, prosthodontics)
Experience or interest in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, or oral surgery is a plus
Excellent communication and patient care skills
