Job Title: Associate Dentist (General Practice) - (New Grads are Accepted!!)
Locations: Greensboro, NC, and Winston-Salem, NC
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Schedule: 4-5 days per week (No weekends or on-call)
Patient Population: Children and young adults (up to age 20)
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist to join a modern, fast-paced dental practice focused on delivering high-quality care to pediatric and young adult patients. This role offers strong earning potential, with the ability to earn like a practice owner while maintaining work-life balance. You will work in a collaborative, multi-dentist setting supported by a full auxiliary staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine exams, general restorative procedures, and hygiene checks
• Provide compassionate dental treatment to pediatric and young adult patients
• Review medical histories with patients and parents/guardians
• Maintain accurate charting and patient records
• Collaborate with fellow dentists, office managers, and clinical staff in a team-oriented setting
• Assist with practice-support duties as needed to ensure smooth patient flow
Qualifications
• Active North Carolina Dental License (required)
• General dentistry experience preferred; pediatric experience helpful but not required
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits
• Production-based compensation model with high earning potential
• Daily guarantee available ($600-$800 depending on experience) - dentists are paid whichever is higher (production or guarantee)
• Full auxiliary staff support and office manager responsible for maintaining full schedules
• Medical premiums paid
• 100K basic life insurance provided

• 2 days of CE time off
• License renewal and ADA membership paid
• Eligibility to join practice malpractice plan
