Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Dentist to join our growing healthcare team in Michigan City, IN. This position provides a stable daytime schedule, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patient care.
Job Responsibilities
• Complete exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Perform restorative procedures, crown and bridge work, removable prosthetics, minor oral surgery, and uncomplicated endodontics
• Initiate and interpret x-rays and lab studies
• Administer and prescribe anesthetics and medications
• Refer patients for specialty care when appropriate
• Supervise Dental Assistants and Dental Hygienists
• Conduct follow-up visits and ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients and families on oral health
• Support clinic productivity, scheduling, and care guidelines
• Participate in staff training and quality improvement activities
• Maintain accurate documentation using dental software
• Provide professional, patient-centered care in alignment with dental standards
Qualifications
• Licensed to practice in the state of Indiana
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced clinic setting
• Understanding of dental laws, standards, and regulations
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, dental software, phone systems, etc.)

Monday - Friday
• Daytime hours only
