What You’ll Do:

Comprehensive Orthodontic Care: Lead and deliver high-quality orthodontic services, including adolescent care and aligner treatments for adults.

Team Leadership: Collaborate with a skilled team and mentor staff, ensuring an efficient and positive work environment.

Patient Relationships: Build long-term, trusting relationships with patients and educate them on treatment options to improve their oral health.

Practice Growth: Contribute to the practice's growth by maintaining high standards of care and helping to achieve production and collection goals.
