We are a thriving dental practice near Baltimore, MD, seeking a compassionate, clinically strong dentist to step into an Immediate Ownership/Partnership role. This is a unique opportunity to lead a well-established, fully digital office with a loyal patient base, significant production volume, and a modern 2,794 sq. ft. facility featuring 8 fully equipped operatories. Compensation & Benefits

• Average Base Salary: $250,000.00 -$275,000.0plus annually
