Ensure patient comfort and well-being throughout dental procedures.
Keep thorough, accurate, and timely documentation for all patient interactions.
Balance the speed of dental procedures with maintaining high-quality results.
Clearly instruct dental assistants and hygienists on preferred methods of
communication and care standards.
Engage in open communication with other doctors to coordinate patient care.
Communicate needs and expectations clearly, fostering a positive and
collaborative work environment.
Shadow experienced practitioners to learn new techniques and skills, with
additional training as needed.
Participate in CE courses if required, with costs covered by the office, unless
otherwise specified.
Always maintain a high standard of care with patient treatment and strive for always doing better
COMPETENCIES
Proficiency in various dental procedures and treatments
Strong understanding of dental anatomy, pathology, and preventive care
Ability to provide compassionate care and ensure patient comfort during procedures
Ability to work closely with the dental team, giving instructions, receiving feedback, and fostering a positive work environment
Ability to “sell” services by building trust and presenting solutions that align with patients’ needs
Commitment to upholding high ethical standards in all patient interactions and clinical decisions
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
2+ years of experience
DDS or DMD degree
AGD member (highly desired)
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Guaranteed minimum for ramp up period (90 days) - $125 per hour
35% of adjusted production
Potential buy-in and ownership after successful integration

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand or sit for long periods during patient exams and procedures.
Frequent shifting between sitting and standing positions, depending on the procedure being performed.
