Leadership Opportunity: Chief Medical Officer โ€“ Wyoming

Salary Range: $300,000 โ€“ $350,000 annually

About the Role

This on-site Chief Medical Officer (CMO) position offers the chance to guide a physician-led, multidisciplinary clinic at the forefront of whole-person care and clinical innovation. The CMO will serve as both clinical and strategic leader, helping shape the future of a rapidly expanding practice that integrates primary care, specialty services, and research.

What Youโ€™ll Do

Leadership & Strategy

  • Provide visionary leadership to elevate clinical and operational excellence.

  • Foster collaboration across a diverse team of providers and staff.

  • Act as a bridge between administration, operations, and clinical teams.

Clinical Oversight

  • Develop and oversee quality improvement initiatives including peer review, chart audits, and Grand Rounds.

  • Standardize protocols and optimize workflows.

Research & Innovation

  • Partner with scientists to translate emerging research into patient care.

  • Support the development of an in-house research lab and FDA-approved innovations.

Operations & Engagement

  • Mentor providers and clinical staff.

  • Work with operations to enhance provider satisfaction and streamline patient flow.

Community & Outreach

  • Represent the clinic in partnerships and professional networks.

  • Collaborate with outreach teams to ensure patient-centered service delivery.

Candidate Profile

  • MD/DO with board certification and active license.

  • 10+ years clinical experience; 5+ years in healthcare leadership.

  • Proven record of leading multidisciplinary teams and driving quality improvement.

  • Experience in clinical research and FDA processes preferred.

  • Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and presence.

  • Willingness to relocate and practice on-site in Wyoming.
