Job description
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Dentist to join our team in providing exceptional dental care to diverse populations in rural Missouri. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive, mission-driven environment with a focus on serving underserved communities. As a Dentist, you will be a key player in offering both preventive and restorative dental services to patients of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.
Location: Ellington, Doniphan, Piedmont, and Pilot Knob in Missouri.

Job Responsibilities
Educate patients on proper dental hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
Perform a variety of dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, cleanings, crowns, root canals, and prosthodontics.
Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and current dental conditions.
Provide care to patients in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Support recruitment and training of staff as needed, and help maintain a positive, professional, and caring atmosphere for both patients and team members.
Qualifications
Licensed to practice dentistry in the state of Missouri
BLS (Basic Life Support) certified
Experience working with low-income or underserved communities is preferred
Board-certified, or eligible for certification
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Computer literate in office management software
Ability to motivate and educate patients
