We’re hiring a board-certified physician who’s ready to move from “excellent clinician” to clinical executive.

This is not a figurehead role.

You’ll:

✔ Help drive medical group strategy
✔ Build clinical workflows and care pathways
✔ Lead performance improvement initiatives
✔ Oversee quality metrics & accountability structures
✔ Navigate managed care, risk adjustment & utilization review
✔ Have actual influence with executives (not just “committee attendance”)

You’ll report directly to a C-suite medical leader and help operationalize strategy — not just talk about it.

You’re an MD or DO.
Board certified.
Florida licensed without baggage.

You’ve practiced at least 5 years.
You’ve led people.
You understand managed care, risk adjustment, peer review, utilization management, informatics or quality improvement.

You’re comfortable with:

  • Tough conversations
  • Executive collaboration
  • Matrix organizations
