- Board Certified/Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon
- Active Indiana License or in process
- Hospital Employed Practice
- Paid on Call Duties 1:5 (less than 10 days a month)
- Teaching opportunities with residents from nearby universities and Medical Schools
- The excellent working relationship between Administration, Board of Directors and Medical Staff with half of Board seats held by physicians
