* Employed Orthopedic Surgery - Join Busy, Well Established Group (Est. 1982)
* $700K Income year one
* Call Compensation up to $83K per year and 6 Figure Recruiting Incentives
* Your NEW Team: 4 ORS, 2 Podiatrist, 5 PA's
* Why Is There a Need?- Replacing two retiring physicians (One in 2021)
* Critical Access Hospital / 11K Annual ER visits / 6 Bed ICU / 115 Annual Deliveries
* Cliinc Sees 1,500 cases per year / 5 Operating Rooms / CRNAs for anesthesia
* Block time-Each Ortho has 1+ day per week
* Top Cases-Arthorscopy-Shoulder, Knee-Arthroplasty-Total Knee/Total Hip, Carpal tunnel release
* 5 Satellite Clinics - Each location is covered by two orthopedic surgeons
* CALL: 1:4 - 2 PA's Take First Call - 1 week day and one weekend a month - No Nuisance Calls
* 3 Exam Rooms per ORS - Cast Room with3 Beds - 2 Rad Techs
* 6 weeks (240 hours) annually of paid time off-Vacation, Personal, Sick, Holidays, CME
* Reimbursement of state license fees / renewals and DEA
