CompHealth is currently assisting a multispecialty group in North Carolina with their search for an orthopedic surgeon. There is a 1:3 call rotation, with experienced PAs taking 1st call. They have a state-of-the-art surgical services facility with integrated digital operating rooms, caring surgeons, anesthesia team, and staff with expanded services and streamlined patient care. The ideal surgeon will be someone who is ready to hit the ground running, continue to expand the patient base, reputation, and build a solid career as a member of the team. If necessary, CompHealth can help you obtain a North Carolina medical license.

This opportunity comes with a base salary plus with RVU productivity based bonus, a sign-on bonus, and quality bonuses. You will also receive a health benefits, PTO, relocation assistance, life insurance plan, CME allowance, a retirement package, and paid malpractice insurance.
