General Orthopedic Surgeon (part-time)

A Medical Group is seeking to add a Part-Time General Orthopedic Surgeon to their well-established team. The provider will join an Orthopedic Surgeon team and pain management physicians in practice. This is a highly qualified team that provides treatment for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.

The Orthopedic Surgeon will specialize in surgery of the shoulder, knee, hip, ankle, hand, wrist, and spine. Our surgeons are board-certified in their respective areas and some have certificates or added qualifications in sports medicine and hand surgery. The orthopedists treat any and all disorders of the musculoskeletal system including congenital, developmental, traumatic, and degenerative in nature.

This is a part-time position. Candidates will be required to travel between NY/NJ.

Requirements:

• Graduate of accredited medical school with a degree of Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO).
• Current board certification in the specialty. Current DEA certificate without restriction.
• Lower extremities and total joint experience preferred.
• A commitment to improving access for patients and the flexibility to ensure patients can be seen promptly when they need services.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
