Job description
Locums Orthopedic Surgeon coverage is needed in Waterloo Iowa for 2 facilities with a combined daily census of 10-20 pts (all ages).
The shifts are 24-hour inpatient call shifts are from 7am-7am for the following dates:
November 6-9
December 14-28
Travel, lodging, rental car, mileage reimbursement, and malpractice coverage will be provided.
Compensation:
24-hour on call rate: $2,600-2,795
Callback rate: $275
Holiday 24-hr rate: $4,190
Holiday callback rate: $414
Highlights:
Onsite labs, pharmacy, and medical imaging
4 APPs to support (no supervision)
4 Physicians
366-bed facility
Level III trauma
No clinic responsibilities

Qualifications
Active IA License or Active IMLC with LOQ in hand [REQUIRED]
Fellowship Trained (Orthopedic Surgery) [REQUIRED]
Must be experienced [REQUIRED]
Must be able to cover the shifts above [REQUIRED]
Clean Malpractice/Background History - [REQUIRED]
