Join a growing, physician-led orthopedic group with an established referral base and strong regional demand for orthopedic sports medicine. This opportunity is ideal for an orthopedic sports surgeon who wants to build a high-volume elective practice while enjoying autonomy, collegiality, and a clear path for long-term growth.
· Orthopedic sports medicine-focused position with opportunity to develop a busy elective surgical practice
· Base compensation of $625,000, plus a $50,000 signing bonus and relocation support up to $25,000
· Anticipated schedule includes a balanced mix of outpatient clinic, surgery, ASC time, and hospital-based procedures as needed
· Expected ramp-up supported by an established orthopedic referral network, primary care relationships, advanced practice providers, and experienced clinical staff
· Hospital trauma call optional
· Opportunity for partnership and ancillary ownership or revenue opportunities
