Orthopedic Surgeon

We are seeking a skilled professional to join a well-established, multi-location multispecialty group in Northern New Jersey. This position offers a balanced mix of clinic and OR time, a strong support structure, and the opportunity to build a high-volume practice with long-term ownership potential. Open to general orthopedics or subspecialty-trained candidates, depending on fit.

Position Highlights

• Open to: General Orthopedics
• Subspecialty focus (extremity-based preferred, flexible depending on candidate)
• 3.5 clinic days / 1.5 OR days per week
• Combination of ASC and hospital-based cases
• Hospital call: ~8 days per month (no heavy trauma expectation outlined)
• RNFAs provide first assist support (NP or PA with surgical training)
• Strong referral network across multispecialty group
• Base salary starting at $450K depending on experience and subspecialty
• Competitive overall compensation package

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
• Open to generalists or subspecialty-trained surgeons
• NJ license (or ability to obtain)
• Comfortable with a mix of office and surgical responsibilities
• Interest in growing a practice within a multispecialty setting
