- Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed, 15-17 days per month, Ongoing.
- Preferred Schedule: Clinic and Call (Pager)
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient
- Scope of Work: General Orthopaedic Surgery, Required: Arthroscopy, Total Joint replacement, Hip, Knee. BKA - below knee amputation
- Additional details: Beds In Department: 99, Hospital Stroke Certified. Patients Per Shift: 25, Call response time 30 min, Call Back 50%, patients seen for call 10-15.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active KY State License, Or IMLC. BC/BE, BLS. Required.Fellowship.
- EMR: MediTech.
