• Procedures: Inpatient; No clinic responsibilities
• Certifications Needed: Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery, NPDB Report
• Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: 10-20 for both locations, serving all ages
• Case Mix: Conditions include trauma, infections, tumors, metabolic disturbances, deformities, injuries, degenerative diseases, and more

Licensing and Privileging:

• License: An active Iowa state license or IMLC membership is required.
• Willing to License: No
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 60-90 days
