About the Position
General Orthopedic Surgery Opportunity – State College, Pennsylvania
Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Orthopedic Surgeon to join a growing orthopedic team in State College, Pennsylvania. Position Highlights
• General Orthopedic Surgery practice
• Monday–Friday schedule
• 3 operating room days per week
• 2 clinic days per week
• Dedicated APP support
• Established referral network within a large health system
• Opportunity to build a busy practice immediately
Compensation & Benefits
• $746,000 base salary
• Uncapped WRVU productivity incentives
• $25,000 sign-on bonus
• $10,000 relocation assistance
• $75,000 educational loan assistance
• Comprehensive benefits package
• 25 days of PTO annually
• CME package:
• $3,000 annual allowance
• 40 hours CME time
• Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
