The clinic offers a flexible schedule with physicians working four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.
The preferred orthopedic physician candidate is a team player who is passionate about treating orthopedic conditions. They should be willing to take call one week a month, demonstrating their commitment to comprehensive patient care and support for their colleagues. This candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment contributing to the overall success and growth of the practice.
Baptist Health Paducah Hospital is a 373-bed regional medical and referral center, serving about 350,000 patients a year from four states.
