- Date: April 27 for 60-90 days
- Schedule: Tues/Thurs 8am-4:30pm, possible Fri 8am-3pm
- Practice Setting: Clinic/Private practice
- Patient Volume: 25-30 per day
- Beds: 144
- Special Procedures: non-surgical
- Support Staff: MA, LPN, AT, clinical lead, front desk lead, practice manager
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: OH license, BC/BE, DEA, CAQSM
- Credentialing: ASAP
