- Starting: June - Ongoing need
- BC/BE, OR license, DEA, BLS
- Monday in the OR (7am-3pm or earlier)
- Tuesday- Thursday are clinic days from 8am-5pm
- Open to any availability a provider can offer
- 8 days a call of month including a weekend
- Weekday call: 5pm-7a and weekend call 7a-7a
- Average 12-15 patients per shift
- Average 3-4 hospital patients per day
- Trauma level 4
- Epic: EMR
