150-Bed Community Hospital | Confidential Location
General Orthopedics | Sports Medicine | Total Joints
Full-Time | Hospital Employed | Experienced Surgeons Only

THE OPPORTUNITY
Join a well-established, high-volume orthopedic program at a 150-bed community hospital serving Florida's beautiful Emerald Coast. This hospital-employed position offers experienced surgeons immediate volume, strong support staff, and an exceptional quality of life — all with no state income tax.

PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS
- MAKO robotic system on-site
- Block time available
- 3 ORs at ambulatory surgery center + 5 ORs at main hospital
- High volume with quick ramp-up
- Joining a well-established group
- Shared call with an experienced team
- Dedicated medical assistant from day one
- Strong PCP and specialist referral network
- Robust clinical and administrative support
- Comprehensive onboarding and marketing support

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Generous base salary with bonus incentives
- Sign-on / commencement bonus
- Medical education repayment assistance (up to $100K)
- Relocation stipend
- Malpractice insurance with tail coverage

REQUIREMENTS
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
- Minimum 1+ year post-residency experience required
- Active or eligible Florida medical license
