About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Orthopedic Physician to join our dynamic clinical team. This role involves diagnosing, treating, and surgically managing musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. You will provide both operative and non-operative care, with opportunities to specialize in areas such as sports medicine, spine, pediatrics, or orthopedic oncology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patient histories and perform physical and diagnostic assessments

  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries and conditions

  • Perform surgical and non-surgical orthopedic interventions

  • Set fractures using casts, splints, braces, pins, or other fixation methods

  • Prescribe medications and oversee pain management and recovery

  • Monitor healing progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

  • Coordinate post-operative rehabilitation and recovery plans

  • Supervise clinical staff and refer patients to specialists when appropriate

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Stay current with advancements in orthopedic care

Qualifications:

Required:

  • MD or DO degree

  • Completion of accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency (fellowship if applicable)

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

  • Active state medical license

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Effective communication and patient-centered care

  • Ability to work flexible schedules and take call as needed
