- Schedule: On-site clinical hours and call if needed
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
- License: An active Arizona state license or IMLC membership is required

- Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
- Other details: The facility which is trauma level 4 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. There are an average of 5-7 patients per shift and 12 beds in the department.

Job Responsibilities
* Respond to beeper calls as needed during coverage
* Manage patient care for an average of 5–7 patients per shift in a 12-bed department
* Collaborate with the trauma and orthopedic care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
* Document patient encounters using Athena or Medhost EMR
Qualifications
* Active Arizona medical license or IMLC membership required
* Experience in trauma and orthopedic inpatient/outpatient care preferred
* Familiarity with Athena or Medhost EMR preferred
Working Hours
* Call coverage as required
* ASAP start with ongoing coverage
* Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days
Skills
* Ability to manage multiple patients effectively and prioritize care in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills with multidisciplinary teams
* Proficiency in EMR documentation using Athena or Medhost
* Flexibility and reliability for on-site clinical and call coverage
