Position Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopaedic Surgeon to join a well-established and growing practice in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with strong clinical support and access to advanced surgical facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of the musculoskeletal system
Perform surgical procedures including fracture repair, joint reconstruction, arthroscopy, and other orthopaedic interventions
Develop individualized treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions
Provide pre-operative and post-operative care
Collaborate with physical therapists, pain management specialists, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
Active New York Medical License (or eligible to obtain)
Strong clinical and surgical skills
Excellent communication and patient care abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred Experience
Fellowship training (e.g., Sports Medicine, Spine, Joint Replacement, Trauma, Hand, etc.)
Experience with Workers’ Compensation and No-Fault cases (if applicable)
Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience preferred
