- April 23 @ 0700 - April 28 @ 0700
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- On Call: Yes, 24-hour call coverage

- Trauma Level: 3
- Number of Physicians: 4
- Number of Advanced Practice Providers: 7
- Supervision of APP expected: Yes
- Physician Nurse Ratio: 1 nurse/provider, 3 cast techs/7 providers
- Ancillary Staff per Provider: 3 Reception/7 providers, 2 Surgery Schedulers/7 providers
- Number of Exam Rooms per Provider: 2 exam rooms and 3 cast rooms
- Medical Imaging: Yes
- Lab & Pharmacy: Yes
- Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: Mainly consults, current avg hospital daily census 160 pts/day
- Appointment Length: 10-30 minutes depending on new consult, recheck, post-op, or procedure

Requirements
- Board Certified
- Clean Malpractice/Background
- Active IA License or Active IMLC
- Must be able to cover the specified blocks of dates
- Providers must perform: Total hip, knee, and shoulder replacement; Hand, wrist, knee, shoulder, hip, ankle, and foot surgical procedures; Trauma injuries, fracture care, sports medicine, and other disorders
