Job description
One of our clients in Iowa needs assistance with Orthopedic-Surgery locum tenens coverage.
Here are some of the details:
Location: North Central Iowa
Facility: hospital, level 3 trauma
Schedule: Monday – Friday; dayshift with 24-hour on call
Practice Details: teaching opportunity for IM and FM residency; PA student rotation, rounding post-op patients, inpatient/ED consults. Average daily hospital practice census consist of consults, current average daily census 160 patients per day.
Setting: Inpatient-EMR-EPIC,
Required Procedures: Total hip, knee, and shoulder replacement. Hand, wrist, knee, shoulder, hip, ankle, and foot surgical procedures. Trauma injuries, fracture care, sports medicine, and other disorders.
Certifications: BC, active IA License or active IMLC w/LOQ
