Located in the heart of Tucson, Arizona sits this 30+ surgeon, multi-specialty orthopedics practice seeking a BE/BC Orthopedist with a Total Joints focus. Collaborate in this private practice within state of the art surgical facilities with up to 44,000 square feet of space, research centers, and outpatient clinics with onsite support including Physical Therapy, imaging, and patient education resources.
Build a practice to your preference via this flourishing, culture first organization. Mentorship onsite for 2026 and 2027 fellows.
Opportunity:
• Schedule: 3 days in the clinic and 2 OR days.
• Total joint specialist role with emphasis on total hip and knee.
• Competitive base salary +wRVU and 2 year partnership track.
• Dedicated medical assistant and advanced practice provider.
• Ability to be busy day 1 with rigorous local referral system.
• Comprehensive benefits, PTO, sign on, and relocation stipends allotted.
