Coverage Needed:
- Start Date: April 3, 2026
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: 24-hour call, 7 a.m. to 7 a.m.
- Open Dates: 4/3, 7a-4/13, 7a and more with potential ongoing needs
Clinical Details:
- 24-hour Emergency Call
- Patient Demographics: Adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
- EMR: EPIC
- Orthopedic Surgical Cases, Trauma such as hip nailing, treatment of fractures, dislocations, amputations, deformities, and tumors of bones and joints, Total Joint Replacement/Revision or Repair (Hip, Knee, Shoulder), Spinal Surgery (w/o Instrumentation - Lumbar ,w/o Instrumentation - Cervical, w/ Instrumentation - Cervical ,w/ Instrumentation - Thoracic, w/ Instrumentation - Lumbar, w/o Instrumentation - Thoracic), Arthroscopy
Requirements:
- Board Certified
- Active KY License or IMLC acceptable
- Active DEA
- Orthopedic Fellowship preferred
- BLS Certified
- COVID Vaccination preferred
- Provider must be able to do hip nailing procedures
- Required Procedures: General surgical and non-surgical orthopedic procedures, Hip/knee replacement procedures, Arthroscopy, Hip/knee repair or revision procedures
- Clean background
- Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days
