- Dates: 5/20(7am)-5/25(7am), On going coverage 6-9 months
- Schedule: up to 2 weeks per month.
- Required Procedures: Full spectrum of orthopedic cases minus complex pelvic issues.
- Support Staff: Hospital support and MA in outpatient clinic
- Admissions per day, Patients/day, Types of cases, Disclosures that may need to be made, etc.: Varies from 0-7
- EMR: EPIC
- Certifications: BC, WA license or IMLC, Fellowship, BLS, DEA
- Credentialing Information:
- Timeframe: 60- 90 days
