Seeking a BE/BC General Orthopedic Surgeon to join its established, employed practice in Roswell, New Mexico. Both seasoned and new graduates welcome to apply. New graduates will thrive in a supportive environment with mentorship opportunities from experienced providers.

Some of the most notable are Bitter Lake National Wildlife Refuge, Bottomless Lakes State Park, Carlsbad Caverns National Park, and White Sands National Monument. The location is ideal for fishing, hiking, swimming, and biking. The best part is that the state of New Mexico is a lesser known treasure; with a low cost of living and housing, a variety of cuisine to explore, and traffic mild enough to get across town in 15 minutes.
- Practice of 2 physicians and 2 PAs
- Mixed Staff of 3 CSC and 3MA's
- Smart Technology: See more patients without extending your day. Our providers use Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology to automate documentation, reduce administrative burden, improve patient flow, and ensure accurate coding—leading to better work-life balance and revenue.
- Orthopedic clinic is conveniently located on the hospital campus
- Mako robotic system
- Onsite imaging
- Practice Your Way: Clinic up to 3 days/week, surgery 1-2 days/week
- Expected Patient Load: 20-25 a day
- Call Pay: 10 days/mo.
Compensation & Benefits:

total compensation package of $730K+ that would include all applicable bonuses/incentives such as:
- Base salary + wRVU production incentive
