Position Overview:
We are actively seeking an ABOS Certified Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team in a non-clinical capacity. This unique opportunity allows you to leverage your orthopedic expertise without the pressures of a traditional clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert orthopedic consultations and guidance for workers’ compensation cases

Review medical records, imaging, and treatment plans
-
Offer recommendations to support case management decisions

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient case handling

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of orthopedic best practices and workers’ compensation regulations
Qualifications:
-
Board certified in Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS)

Strong knowledge of orthopedic procedures, treatments, and standards of care

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Prior experience in workers’ compensation cases is a plus, but not required
