Practice Setting: Clinic/Private Practice
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Flexible on contract length
Shift Details: 9a-5p
Schedule: 2-4 days/week
Call requirements: N/A
Credentialing Timeframe: Can credential in about 7-14 days
Will float between 3 clinics, as needed – Possible to float between clinics in one day depending on each facility’s patient schedule.

Job Responsibilities
Department description: Will work with patients for personal injury, car accidents, slip & fall types of cases. Post-Op follow ups – No surgical consults
EMR: Paper charting ; same day notes required
Special procedures: Shoulder injections – These are rare and not required if not comfortable doing
Qualifications
License required: PA ; Will consider IMLC but prefers local candidates
DEA: Yes
Minimum experience required: Looking for experienced physicians with at least 10+ years of experience
