🏥 Practice Setting
- Community hospital with 72 licensed beds
- 24/7 ED and inpatient consultation coverage
- Higher-acuity cases transferred to a tertiary facility to the north
- Cerner EMR
- OR support staff available
🦴 Scope of Practice
- Full general orthopedic coverage
- ED consults and inpatient evaluations
- Surgical call coverage as needed
- No outpatient clinic responsibilities
📅 Schedule & Coverage Needs
- February 13–15 (ending morning of February 16)
- 24-hour call coverage model
- Average callback hours are low and predictable
👨⚕️ Requirements
✅ Must be actively working at a facility
✅ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
✅ Active California medical license
