Advanced practice provider (PA/NP) opportunity with an expanding outpatient orthopedic spine team

Adult-only patient population with a focus on non-operative spine care

Consistent schedule: Monday"Thursday 8:00 a.m."5:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m."12:00 p.m.

Outpatient-only role with minimal call and weekly built-in administrative time, supporting strong work"life balance

Responsibilities include new evaluations, follow-up visits, patient education, and individualized non-operative treatment planning for spine conditions

Close collaboration with an orthopedic spine surgeon and clinic team to support program growth and high-quality outcomes

Duties include imaging review, documentation, and care coordination across departments

Opportunity to serve as a clinical leader within a growing spine service line

Licensed or license-eligible nurse practitioner or physician assistant required

Experience in orthopedics, spine, pain management, or a related specialty preferred

Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and comfort in a fast-paced outpatient setting
