Job Title: General Orthopedic Surgeon (MD/DO)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled General Orthopedic Surgeon to provide comprehensive care for patients with musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. The surgeon will evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of orthopedic disorders using both surgical and non-surgical approaches, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, including fractures, joint disorders, sports injuries, and degenerative diseases.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing operative and non-operative techniques.

  • Perform orthopedic surgical procedures as appropriate, including fracture repair and joint-related procedures.

  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient education and coordination of rehabilitation services.

  • Collaborate with primary care providers, specialists, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

  • Respond to orthopedic consultations and emergency cases as required.

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, continuing education, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.

  • Completion of an accredited residency in Orthopedic Surgery.

  • Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.

  • Active medical license to practice in the state of employment.

  • Strong clinical judgment, surgical expertise, and communication skills.
