SCHEDULE :
Start date: As soon as credentialed. Typically takes 90 days
On going coverage up to 2 weeks per month. The dates will be based on what their internal doctor is not working.
Duration: 6 - 9 months
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Setting: Hospital and Outpatient Clinic
EMR: EPIC
Credentialing Information:
Timeframe: 60- 90 days
Submission Requirements
- Board Certification – Board Certified [REQUIRED]
- State License – WA [HIGHLY PREFERRED] or IMLC with LOQ in hand
- Residency Requirements/Fellowship – Fellowship trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon [REQUIRED]
- Other Certifications – BLS, DEA [REQUIRED] - Will consider candidates that will obtain once offer is accepted.
- Malpractice – Clean [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
- Availability at time of name clear – [Required]
