Job description
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one care in a supportive outpatient orthopedic clinic. Therapists treat only 7 patients per day in private treatment rooms, allowing meaningful patient relationships and better outcomes. This role includes structured mentorship, advanced manual therapy and dry-needling certifications, and excellent growth opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
Treat an average of 7 patients per day, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.
Utilize and advance skills in manual therapy and dry needling (certifications provided).
Participate in a structured, year-long mentorship program and ongoing professional development.
Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Demonstrate professionalism, strong organization, and adaptability in a supportive clinic setting.
Qualifications
Current CPR certification.
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred (new grads welcome).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality care.
Strong desire to develop advanced orthopedic manual therapy skills.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn within a mentorship-driven environment.
