Orthopedic Surgery Opportunity – Growing Practice Setting
Location: Roswell, NM - Albuquerque 200m away
Employment Type: Full-Time, permanent position
Position Highlights
* Established orthopedic practice with 2 physicians and 2 PAs
* Support staff includes 3 CSC and 3 MAs
* Epic EMR with AI-driven scribe technology to streamline documentation and improve workflow
* Clinic located on a hospital campus
* Mako robotic system available
* Onsite imaging
* Flexible Schedule: Clinic up to 3 days/week; surgery 1–2 days/week
* Expected patient volume: 20–25 per day
* Call schedule: 10 days/month
Compensation & Benefits
* Total compensation package of $730k+ including bonuses and incentives
* Base salary with wRVU production model
