A leading regional health system in Missouri is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join a busy, well-established multi-specialty clinic. This is a hospital-employed position offering a strong referral base, modern facilities, and a highly supportive clinical environment in a vibrant, welcoming community.

Position Highlights:

  • Collaborative practice alongside experienced orthopedic surgeons and advanced practice providers
  • Full scope orthopedic surgery: consultations, procedures, inpatient and outpatient care
  • Flexible call rotation with minimal weekend coverage
  • Newly renovated ORs, comprehensive therapy/wellness center, and advanced specialty support
  • Epic EMR for clinical documentation
  • Teaching and mentorship opportunities with APPs and clinical staff
  • Eligible location for J1 visa sponsorship (not accepting locums or 1099 candidates)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Two-year guaranteed base salary starting at $600,000+ (based on experience)
  • $50,000 signing bonus
  • $2,000/month residency or fellowship stipend
  • Up to $100,000 student loan repayment over five years
  • Annual quality and efficiency bonus

Requirements:

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Missouri medical license (or willing to obtain)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in orthopedic surgery (2–5 years preferred)
  • DEA and CSR/CDS (must be obtained prior to start)
  • Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred
  • J1 visa support available
