This award-winning, independent hospital located in the heart of Wisconsin is expanding its team of providers in response to growing patient demand
Position Highlights
• Flexible Scheduling available, including 14 days on/14 days off or 7 days on/7 days off schedule options
• Virtually no competition in the market
• General orthopedic surgery role with strong institutional support to develop a subspecialty focus—total joint or sports medicine would be ideal complements
• Your choice of new equipment and robotics
• Rapid ramp-up expected, fueled by robust referral streams and 15 employed primary care providers within the hospital network
• Join a financially sound, independent organization with no affiliation to a larger health system
Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary, call pay compensation, quality bonuses, and incredible wRVU earning potential - individual packages built based on schedule, skills, and experience
• $170,000 recruitment package built on your needs, including sign-on, relocation assistance, and student loan/retention bonus
• Additional benefits of $7,000 CME stipend, malpractice with tail coverage, retirement matching, and more
