- 7 physicians and 7 PA’s.
- Mix of Inpatient and outpatient
- Call = 36 days of call required per physician per year.
- $661,826 base salary. Call pay included in salary.
- RVU = $81.24
- Bonuses = Commencement and retainment

The service area encompasses about a 14-county area estimated at 200,000 – 250,000 population. The communities are family friendly and is considered a regional referral center for medical care. Full spectrum of medical services available including fully staffed ED and hospitalist service. There is a municipal airport in the city. 60 miles from Waterloo Regional Airport. 114 miles from Des Moines International Airport
