The Practice:
-High demand for total joint procedures—you'll be the only fellowship-trained specialist in the region
-Practice mix: 80% Total Joint, 20% General Orthopedics
-Robust referral network with 45+ primary care providers and 4 urgent care centers
-Serve a catchment area of 125K, with strategic growth plans to reach 250K across southern Maryland
-Year one total compensation of $780K, with uncapped earning potential via a wRVU productivity model
