Orthopedic Surgery Opportunity - Coastal Community Hospital
Location: Florence, OR - Eugene 60m
Setting: Critical Access Hospital - Level III Trauma Center
Employment Type: Full-Time, permanent position
Position Highlights:
* Full-scope general orthopedic surgery practice
* Block schedule: 1 OR block day, 3 clinic days
* Call: 1:3 rotation
* Bread-and-butter trauma cases including hip, shoulder, wrist, ankle, and knee surgeries
* Strong support from a stable OR team, podiatrist, and APCs in both the OR and clinic
* Collaborative, multidisciplinary surgery group providing 24/7 coverage
* Excellent work-life balance in a scenic coastal setting

* Guaranteed base salary: $645,902

About the Hospital:
Critical Access Level III Trauma Center with 21 inpatient beds and 4 ICU beds. It serves a large catchment area on the central Oregon coast and is one of only two trauma centers along the coastline.
