Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to provide ER orthopedic trauma coverage in a 24-hour shift model. This role is ideal for a dedicated surgeon looking to practice high-impact care with no clinic responsibilities, exceptional institutional support, and ample time off between shifts.

* 24-hour shifts (\~10 shifts/month), including 1 weekend per month
* Primary responsibility: Emergency Room orthopedic coverage
* Trauma experience preferred
* Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) support available
* No outpatient or clinic requirements
